Máte rádi jazyky a zajímá vás poznávání nových kultur? Přijďte s námi oslavit Evropský den jazyků, který se uskuteční 15. září 2026 od 16:00 do 20:00 hodin u Jošta na Moravském náměstí v Brně.

Již po deváté budete mít možnost setkat se s rodilými mluvčími a lektory až 15 evropských i mimoevropských jazyků. Formou neformálního „speed datingu“ si můžete vyzkoušet konverzaci v různých jazycích, naučit se nové fráze, dozvědět se zajímavosti o jednotlivých zemích nebo si jednoduše popovídat s lidmi z různých koutů světa. Akci pořádají Europe Direct Brno a Eurocentrum Brno za podpory Eurodesku ČR. Akce je určena široké veřejnosti a vstup je zdarma.

Upozorňujeme, že ne všichni lektoři hovoří česky. Základní znalost některého cizího jazyka je proto výhodou, není však podmínkou účasti.

Do you enjoy learning languages and discovering new cultures? Join us in celebrating the European Day of Languages on September 15, 2026, from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Moravian Square near the Equestrian Statue of Jobst of Luxembourg in Brno.

For the ninth time, visitors will have the opportunity to meet native speakers and language tutors representing up to 15 European and non-European languages. Through informal speed-dating-style conversations, you can practice speaking, learn useful phrases, discover interesting facts about different countries, or simply enjoy meeting people from around the world.

The event is organized by Europe Direct Brno and Eurocentrum Brno with the support of Eurodesk CZ. The event is open to the public and admission is free.

Please note that not all tutors speak Czech. Basic knowledge of another language may be helpful, but it is not required.
